- Experience in Joint Command and military processes
- Exceptional communication skills
Aufgaben
- Develop and improve EUCOM's Configuration Management program
- Advise on best practices and CSDM 5.0 framework adherence
- Prioritize high-impact Configuration Items and services
- Support engineering, architecture, and operations projects
- Develop and implement configuration management plans and processes
- Mentor and guide configuration management stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with DoW and USEUCOM policies
- Maintain and improve ITAM, HAM, SAM, and software license processes
- Foster a collaborative and disciplined team culture
- Create Standard Operating Procedures and training materials
- Enforce hardware and software version control
- Develop and maintain build, staging, testing, and integration environments
- Identify and mitigate configuration management risks
