- Manage year-end compensation processes
- Calculate long-term incentives (LTI)
- Adjust salaries based on market data and budgets
- Advise HR teams and executives on compensation
- Design and implement salary structures
- Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking
- Manage annual pay-for-performance reviews
- Ensure consistent application of compensation policies
- Participate in compensation surveys
- Collect and analyze compensation data
- Develop communication strategies for compensation programs
- Inform employees about compensation and benefits
- Articulate complex compensation concepts to leaders
- Analyze market trends and external developments
- Monitor and respond to employment legislation updates
- Monitor and respond to regulatory updates
- Monitor and respond to pay equity requirements
- Develop compensation packages for talent attraction
- Implement retention strategies
- Forecast and control salary costs
- Forecast and control incentive plan costs
- Forecast and control benefit costs
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Tax departments
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants
- Ensure cost-effective delivery of benefits
- Provide excellent customer experience
- Build trusting relationships with global stakeholders
