- Experience with Key Accounts and brand owners
- Deliver through cross-functional collaboration
- Working effectively across diverse teams
- Working effectively across organizational levels
- Knowledge of chocolate, cacao, and specialties categories
- Deep knowledge of BC processes and teams
- University degree
- MBA degree
- Completion of an Executive Leadership Program
- Fluent English
- Fluency in 1 additional language
- Advantageous German language skills
- Advantageous French language skills

- Improve Master Data and Systems for efficiency
- Align with Global Specialties for category growth
- Translate strategy into Commercial Excellence programs
- Accelerate Specialties growth through capability building
- Strengthen strategic partnerships with SLAs
- Advance Pricing Maturity with Next Level Pricing
- Develop Commercial Excellence Academy content
- Lead Global Content Exchange for consistent updates
- Identify Global Big Bets using Commercial Intelligence
- Provide targeted support to Chains and Retail segments
