- Deep expertise in core SFE levers
- Strong analytical mindset
- Proven experience in matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders
- Background in analytics, data science, economics, engineering, or related field
- Fluent English and German
- French or Italian language skills

- Explore new sales channels
- Deliver measurable ROI
- Support demand forecasting
- Collaborate on commercial planning
- Act as interface to EMEA Commercial Excellence
- Act as interface to Global Commercial Excellence
- Support deployment of regional initiatives
