- •At least 3 years of experience
- •Proficiency in Python and Django
- •Experience with AWS or Azure
- •Strong communication and teamwork skills
- •Fluent English and basic German

- •Develop the account strategy and development plan
- •Align client objectives with contractual commitments
- •Guide strategic initiatives and transformation roadmaps
- •Represent the company in executive-level forums
- •Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- •Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and address risks
- •Lead strategic governance forums and reviews
- •Create client documentation following company standards
- •Oversee contractually agreed KPIs and satisfaction outcomes
- •Implement corrective actions for underperformance
- •Manage account-level commercial performance and P&L
- •Monitor profitability and savings delivery
- •Support contract negotiations and business development
- •Align internal teams with the account strategy
- •Set priorities and resolve cross-functional conflicts
- •Provide strategic direction to service delivery managers
- •Oversee high-impact risks affecting client relationships
- •Act as the primary internal escalation point
