- 5+ years of project delivery experience as Scrum Master
- Strong affinity with Advanced Analytics, AI, Data Science, and Computer Science
- Experience in bringing analytics projects into production and scaling
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and German or French
- Experience working with virtual distributed teams
- Willingness to travel and work with consultant’s diligence
- A valid work permit in Switzerland
- Hands-on Analytics and Data Science project work experience
- Deeper experience in several industry sectors
- Readiness to move out of comfort zone
- Open-mindedness and good sense of humor
Aufgaben
- Partner with key stakeholders to define solutions for business challenges
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth
- Lead high-performing delivery teams in an agile environment
- Manage project progress by overseeing key activities and resolving issues
- Provide updates on delivery, outcomes, timelines, and project status to senior management
- Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to understand business problems
- Identify key requirements to drive projects forward and facilitate decision-making
- Offer feedback to enhance delivery quality and meet expectations
- Proactively address business and project issues and manage escalations
- Identify new opportunities for business growth through project changes or development actions
- Lead the identification of key requirements and use cases for solution development
- Create impactful presentations and communicate compelling stories for client interactions
- Train and lead other consultants on projects
- Mentor and coach team members
