- Deep hands-on expertise in machine learning and AI, including generative AI and large language models
- Proficiency in Python and common ML/AI frameworks; experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, MLflow, vector databases, MLOps toolchains
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
- Strong organisational and operational leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English

- Shape AI and data strategies with clients
- Define vision, target architectures, and roadmaps for AI-enabled transformations
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete programmes and initiatives
- Manage end-to-end AI, ML, and data solution design and delivery
- Frame problems and conduct discovery for solutions
- Oversee production rollout and adoption of solutions
- Architect and implement modern data and AI platforms
- Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and secure
- Design and supervise development of AI and GenAI use cases
- Turn pilots and proofs of concept into scalable offerings
- Act as a thought leader and innovation driver
- Scan emerging AI technologies and identify new opportunities
- Build market presence and pipeline through differentiated AI solutions
- Lead client conversations, workshops, and executive discussions
- Ensure clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment
- Lead multidisciplinary engagement teams and mentor junior colleagues
- Provide organisational and delivery leadership
