- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
- In-depth understanding of IFRS and HKFRS
- Financial reporting and statutory compliance knowledge
- More than 6 years of experience in similar positions
- Experience in industrial, international environment
- Experience with ERP system
- Experience with Oracle ERP system (advantageous)
- Mandatory proficiency in English
- French or German language skills (advantageous)

Aufgaben
- Manage monthly and statutory closing for Swiss entities
- Prepare and review bi-yearly statutory books and financial statements
- Ensure high-quality work in the Finance Shared Service Center for Swiss entities
- Apply and document proper Transfer Pricing
- Handle tax compliance and meet deadlines
- Review various reconciliations (BS, payroll, DT, VAT, IFRS-Stat, SL-GL)
- Participate in projects affecting accounting (mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, new loans, legal issues)
- Collaborate with external and internal auditors
- Initiate continuous improvement in accounting processes and controls
- Contribute to budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Define and calculate allocation keys
- Update and communicate with Business Unit controllers
- Work closely with international teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization
