Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or system management in manufacturing
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards
- Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, PPAP, APQP)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel occasionally
Aufgaben
- Oversee and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
- Drive quality initiatives
- Manage audits
- Support a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead QMS development, implementation, and maintenance
- Manage internal and external audit programs
- Ensure timely resolution of quality issues via CAPA
- Drive root cause analysis and verification of effectiveness
- Develop and deliver QMS training programs
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality integration
- Manage and maintain quality documentation
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) processes
- Ensure quality gates are met during NPI
- Mitigate potential risks during NPI
- Drive continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma
- Represent the company during customer and third-party audits
