Anforderungen
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and Automotive Core Tools
- Proven experience in customer complaint management, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
- Hands-on experience managing customer change requests, serial-life changes, and PPAP submissions
- Experience interacting with OEMs and Tier 1 customers, including audits and escalations
- Effective communication and professional management of escalated customer situations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in French and English required
- German language skills are a strong advantage
Aufgaben
- Act as primary customer quality interface
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Manage customer complaints and escalations
- Collaborate with Customer Quality team in Serbia and Hungary
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality departments
- Ensure robust problem-solving and timely closure of 8D reports
- Own internal and external change management process
- Handle change requests and customer notifications
- Conduct impact assessments and approvals
- Follow up on implementation and PPAP submissions
- Lead preparation and submission of PPAP packages
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements
- Meet project timelines for PPAP submissions
- Represent customers during audits and visits
- Participate in quality reviews
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up
