- Apprenticeship in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics Technician, or related technical discipline
- Manufacturing engineering and production equipment experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, diagnostics, biotechnology, or medical device industry
- Troubleshooting manufacturing processes, equipment, and automated systems experience
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements, GMP documentation, Good Engineering Practices, and manufacturing regulations
- Coordinating maintenance, servicing, calibration, and external service providers experience
- Participating in equipment implementation, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement projects experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to independently analyze technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and project timelines
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to high standards of quality, safety, and compliance

- Manage equipment lifecycle
- Support production operations
- Ensure reliable operation of filling lines
- Lead technical troubleshooting and maintenance
- Implement new equipment and systems
- Comply with cGMP and Good Engineering Practices
- Propose and guide process improvements
- Serve as SME for hardware and software modifications
- Monitor and maintain production equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate records
- Organize and supervise maintenance activities
- Perform system weakness analysis
- Implement corrective measures
- Resolve production incidents and technical issues
- Contribute to project phases (FAT, commissioning, SAT, qualification, validation)
- Manage technical documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and budget
- Support other business needs
