Bioprocess Channel Sales Specialist EMEA(m/w/x)
Sales strategy and execution for bioreactors in cell culture/fermentation, including Cell & Gene Therapy, via channel partners. Laboratory experience with bioreactors in cell culture or fermentation required. 30 vacation days, high flexibility in working hours.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Laboratory experience with Bioreactors in cell culture or fermentation
- Cell & Gene Therapy experience (pre)
- Expert English fluency (written and spoken)
- Expert German fluency (written and spoken)
- Preferably other languages
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
- Familiarity with CRM solutions (MS Dynamics)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective networking ability (internal and external)
- Ability to establish effective working relationships
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience interacting with distributors
- Motivation by change
- Ability to drive business with improvement intentions
Aufgaben
- Develop EMEA go-to-market strategies.
- Execute EMEA sales strategies (direct and channel).
- Build sales pipeline.
- Forecast sales.
- Manage sales performance (CRM, MBR/QBR).
- Identify and qualify sales leads.
- Prepare sales proposals.
- Conduct technical product demos (bioreactors, controllers, sensors).
- Negotiate sales deals.
- Close sales deals.
- Build, onboard, and manage EMEA channel partners.
- Manage partner contracts.
- Set partner targets.
- Enable channel partners.
- Manage partner programs (pricing/discounts, deal registration).
- Provide technical partner training.
- Provide commercial partner training.
- Engage in co-selling with partners.
- Conduct joint customer visits.
- Assist partners with quotations.
- Assist partners with tenders.
- Deliver technical sales support for upstream bioprocessing.
- Consult on upstream bioprocessing applications.
- Support bioprocessing areas (aeration, pH/DO control, PAT, scale-up).
- Support cell culture and microbial fermentation.
- Collaborate with internal experts.
- Represent the company at international trade shows.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
- Deliver technical presentations.
- Present posters at events.
- Conduct live product demonstrations.
- Systematically follow up on leads.
- Manage complex quotations.
- Manage complex proposals.
- Manage complex tenders.
- Handle technical specifications for bids.
- Address compliance topics for bids.
- Negotiate contracts with Legal and Finance.
- Develop strategic account plans for key accounts.
- Grow key accounts through cross-selling.
- Grow key accounts through upselling.
- Collaborate with Service and After-Sales teams.
- Provide market insights to Product Management.
- Provide customer insights to Marketing.
