Anforderungen
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years achieving sales quotas for MarTech/SaaS solutions
- Deep understanding of E-Commerce/Retail/D2C ecosystem
- Sales experience to C-Suite/Marketing personas
- Sound knowledge of E-Commerce/Retail/Brands
- Experience in fast-paced, high-revenue sales environment
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Enthusiasm and motivation to exceed goals
- Resilience and viewing failures as improvement chances
- Strong growth mindset and pursuit of optimizations
- Skill in influencing and building relationships
- Ability to integrate AI into workflows
- Building intelligent systems and work methods

- Unlimited work permit in Germany

- Manage prospects and active clients

- Create accurate business forecasts
- Maximize long-term territory value
- Serve as a founding German GTM team member
- Shape regional presence in Munich
- Develop strategies for sustainable success
- Support the success of colleagues
- Represent Klaviyo's values with commitment
- Guide and support new Account Executives
- Develop skills by engaging in adjacent tasks
