  • Experience selling solutions with multiple modules or complex operational workflows (advantage)
  • Strong discovery skills
  • Curiosity to uncover business pain
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Ownership of full sales cycle including outreach
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC sales qualification methodologies
  • Experience applying MEDDIC in SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with Challenger methodology
  • Ability to teach, tailor, control in sales motions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage and influence all levels
  • Credibility and confidence with senior stakeholders

Aufgaben

  • Manage the full sales cycle for both products
  • Conduct outbound prospecting for priority accounts
  • Efficiently convert inbound sales demand
  • Apply a Challenger-led approach for AI Estimator deals
  • Close AI Estimator deals within 10-20 days
  • Lead consultative discovery for GelatoConnect deals
  • Engage commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders
  • Manage GelatoConnect sales cycles (3-6 months)
  • Rigorously qualify opportunities using MEDDIC criteria
  • Design tailored solutions for complex customer needs
  • Articulate solutions mapping to customer workflows
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Manage procurement and approvals for enterprise deals
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Build pathways for broader GelatoConnect engagement
  • Collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Leadership on strategic deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Manage mixed pipeline of transactional and strategic deals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene
  • Ensure pipeline visibility and actionable insights
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance sales processes
  • Increase execution speed using AI tools
  • Provide frontline feedback to Marketing, Product, and Partnerships
  • Continuously improve go-to-market approach
