Anforderungen
- 3-5 years Facility Management, Hoteling, or Hospitality experience
- Excellent people skills and client interaction ability
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
- Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
- Process Management, Command skills, and Customer Focus competencies
- Practical working knowledge of best practice tools and techniques
- Systematic approach with good attention to detail
- Service focused and flexible approach to work
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly and desire for career development
- Ability to take ownership and see problems through to resolution
- Success driven, motivated, and interested in personal development
- Ability to diplomatically decline or push back
- Fluent English skills (verbally and in writing)
- Fluent German skills (verbally and in writing)
- Encouraged to apply even if not meeting all requirements
Aufgaben
- Develop proactive working relationships with all parties
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Comply with company and client policies
- Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews
- Manage cleaning-related inquiries
- Supervise cleaning personnel
- Communicate and document client instructions
- Lead recurring asset audits
- Tag new assets and prepare FADO
- Manage vendors to meet HS&E guidelines
- Ensure vendor procurement compliance
- Evaluate vendor offers for variable services
- Assist Facility Manager in sourcing work
- Serve as single point of contact for contract partners
- Follow up on day-to-day business
- Meet financial targets
- Prepare standard reports as required
- Support yearly HS&E audit preparation
- Document processes and SOPs
- Develop and deliver training
- Exchange ideas with DACH and Europe counterparts
