- Plan and implement CRM campaigns
- Analyze email marketing performance
- Execute automated and ad-hoc campaigns
- Use Bloomreach for campaign management
- Create and maintain email templates
- Work with HTML and Jinja code
- Track customer behavior and NPS signals
- Build reports using Power BI and Looker
- Assist with A/B testing and experiments
- Research customer behavior and competitors
- Coordinate with internal and external partners
- Manage documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Support daily CRM and administrative operations
