Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or Statistics
- •Additional qualifications in Marketing Analytics or CRM
- •3–5 years of professional experience in Campaign/CRM Analytics and Sales Operations
- •Hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign tracking, KPI development, and European process harmonization
- •Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and Data Modeling) and Power Query (ETL)
- •Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and HubSpot (workflows/tracking)
- •Experience with SQL (Snowflake) and SAP data integration
- •Ensuring data quality and consistency across systems
- •Clear and effective communication and stakeholder management
- •Process design, promotion of enablement, and sharing best practices
- •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

- •Identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance
- •Develop and validate KPI logics for campaign tracking and success measurement
- •Ensure consistency and data quality across all systems and reports
- •Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot for planning and execution
- •Leverage data sources such as CRM, SAP, and Snowflake
- •Use Power Query for data modeling and transformation
- •Develop and implement standardized workflows for campaign processes
- •Ensure consistency of campaign processes across Europe
- •Coordinate with local contacts and sales teams
- •Promote knowledge sharing across countries and teams
