- Experience building/maintaining modern finance tech stack, focus on automation/data integrity

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Provide financial insights for initiatives
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
- Ensure compliant financial reporting
- Maintain full audit readiness
- Optimize cash flow management
- Oversee treasury activities
- Manage working capital and funding
- Build and implement scalable finance processes
- Build and implement scalable finance systems
- Collaborate to embed financial best practices
- Support pricing, growth, and commercial decisions
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
