- Support H135/H145 Value Stream Management
- Produce over 100 H145 aircraft annually
- Develop and maintain Current State and Future State Value Stream Maps
- Align stakeholders for production planning
- Prepare industrialization schedules for new helicopter variants
- Analyze production data and KPIs
- Drive production improvement initiatives
- Monitor and report production progress
- Track customer helicopter orders to final delivery
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and reduce production cycle bottlenecks
- Reduce total lead time from order to delivery
