- Good knowledge of standard IT tools and databases, and SAP BW
- Overall knowledge of helicopter (H/C) and/or H/C configuration management
- Interest in RAMT aspects of H/C in-service life
- User knowledge of Technical Publications is a plus
- Statistical and analytical skills
- People and activities coordination skills, good initiative
- Customer-oriented mindset, experience with customers, economic thinking
- English communication skills
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
Aufgaben
- Set up, manage, and update reliability referentials
- Identify reference reliability figures with stakeholders
- Support reliability topics for AHD civil products
- Coordinate internal reliability lead functions
- Provide metrics and analyses for support and services teams
- Challenge Design Office and Suppliers to maximize helicopter performance
- Support VSM and SDR functions for RFP/RFQ processes
- Conduct fleet and availability analysis
- Perform simulation and CEOPS analysis
