Define and document lean company-wide audit standards
Build global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures
Interface with Audit entities across Airbus Group for alignment
Share best practices with global audit teams
Gain hands-on training to become a qualified Internal Auditor
Support the transformation of audit processes to digital and risk-based
Provide real-time value to senior management through KPIs
Gain insights into industrial operations, business strategy, and organizational structure
Collaborate with a core team of 20 experts and a wider network of 100 auditors
