- Manage the segment P&L
- Define strategy with Central European Divisional Management
- Set goals with Central European Divisional Management

- Build trusted relationships with Fintech and Digital clients
- Manage customer accounts and internal stakeholders
- Design, build, and implement customer solutions
- Develop and implement country-wide go-to-market plans
- Define product positioning for local digital solutions
- Develop key benefits for local digital solutions
- Identify target customers for local digital solutions
- Drive sales and product delivery in a competitive environment
- Design, launch, and manage the overall integration approach
- Collaborate with customers on the product roadmap
- Collaborate with technical solution architects on the product roadmap
- Collaborate with product managers on the product roadmap
- Proactively manage the new partnership idea pipeline
- Anticipate and respond to technological trends
- Anticipate and respond to ecosystem stakeholder needs

- Create implementation processes for concepts
