- Strong motivation
- Profound knowledge of experimental fluid mechanics
- Profound knowledge of measurement techniques (PIV, PTV, hot wire anemometry, temperature, density, concentration measurements or other advanced optical techniques)
- Demonstrable experience in design, management, operation of experimental facilities (preferably wind tunnels)
- Good publication track record in top journals
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Structured way of working
- Excellent command of English
- Strong communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Teaching experience in related fields
- Experience supervising undergraduate students
Aufgaben
- Conduct independent research
- Lead research in group's areas of interest
- Participate in group teaching activities
- Supervise students
- Manage the wind tunnel
- Lead lab operations and management
- Execute project work
- Coordinate project teams
- Contribute to acquiring third-party funding
