- Several years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, ideally within R&D, innovation or product evaluation
- Strong scientific expertise in plasma-derived products, protein biochemistry, analytical characterization, or formulation sciences
- Experience in designing, supervising, and evaluating experimental studies
- Solid understanding of GxP principles, laboratory standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership capabilities with ability to guide and develop scientific teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities with structured and proactive working style
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
