Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with additional professional qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a global Treasury function
- Strong knowledge of Treasury instruments, financial products, and Treasury accounting and reporting requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing Treasury processes, controls, and systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills
- Excellent collaboration, business partnering, and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Some amount of travelling might be required
Aufgaben
- Lead global Treasury accounting and controlling activities
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for the Treasury function
- Support Group and regulatory reporting, including disclosures
- Establish and maintain Treasury policies and guidelines
- Serve as the key contact for auditors
- Ensure robust governance and compliance
- Act as the global process and application owner for the Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
- Lead system design and implementation for Treasury management
- Enhance Treasury systems in line with requirements
- Build and standardize Treasury accounting and reporting processes
- Ensure effective operational execution post-separation
- Collaborate with Treasury experts and Finance teams
- Support a lean, resilient Treasury operating model
