Aufgaben
- Lead statutory and IFRS financial closures
- Oversee budgeting and controlling
- Ensure full compliance across both sites
- Drive financial governance
- Lead high-performing teams
- Shape key financial processes
- Lead end-to-end closing process
- Sign off financial statements (HB1)
- Manage Group reporting in line with IFRS (HB2)
- Provide clear management commentary
- Perform sound financial analysis
- Lead accounting and controlling teams
- Set goals for teams
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Assess team potential
- Coach team members
- Provide day-to-day people leadership
- Own the budget process end-to-end
- Own the rolling forecast process end-to-end
- Align budget and forecast locally
- Submit budget and forecast to Corporate Controlling
- Review corporate tax returns
- Own the statutory internal control system (ICS)
- Ensure effective alignment with operational controls
- Align with shared service centers ICS
- Align with group-wide ICS
- Partner with key stakeholders
- Partner with banks
- Partner with authorities
- Partner with Corporate Tax
- Partner with Corporate Controlling
- Partner with Group Accounting
- Partner with local entity management
- Ensure compliant valuation of holding entity investments
- Monitor equity positions
- Propose remediation measures
- Implement remediation measures
- Support Global Business Service in projects
- Support Corporate Finance in projects
