Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a high-performing Controlling team
- Drive budgeting and forecasting across product categories
- Manage performance across retail, wholesale, and B2B channels
- Partner with sales teams to optimize sales performance
- Enhance margin management and promotional effectiveness
- Drive the Controlling and Finance agenda with local managers
- Provide comprehensive market and channel analysis
- Deliver financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Support cost control matters for central and corporate functions
- Handle cost management, planning, and reporting
- Ensure accurate reporting meets financial standards
- Design and improve controlling frameworks and tools
- Identify growth opportunities through KPI oversight
- Support investment cases and long-term strategic planning
