Aufgaben
- Supervise and deliver flight training activities
- Ensure safe and efficient ground and flight training

- Facilitate seamless delivery of training
- Conduct quarterly Standards meetings for instructor standardization
- Develop and monitor instructor training plans
- Liaise with Technical Services and Fleet Chiefs for simulator data
- Ensure simulators contain all required customer material
- Develop annual client course training plan and schedules
- Manage resources to meet training event requirements
- Update instructor HR profiles with compensation changes
- Create and nurture relationships with flight operations and training departments
