Aufgaben
- Lead and inspire a team of training professionals
- Guide Training Managers to achieve exceptional results
- Manage approximately 12 instructors and a Training Manager
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for training standards
- Ensure compliance with EASA, FAA, and UK CAA regulations
- Connect with CAE's global network to share best practices
- Partner with HR to attract and develop top talent
- Recommend remedial training for pilots not meeting standards
- Engage with clients and potential clients as needed
- Guarantee high standards in flight simulation and instruction
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and improvement
- Optimize scheduling and resource planning for training goals
- Build strong relationships with regulatory authorities and clients
- Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic vision
