- Technical education in engineering discipline
- Ability to develop time schedule using PRIMAVERA P6 or MS Project
- Experience as a scheduler in construction business
- Construction site experience
- Analytical thinking, conscientiousness, and holistic approach
- Good command of German and English languages
Aufgaben
- Elaborate and maintain overall and detailed time schedules
- Continuously monitor the status of engineering, deliveries, transport, erection, and commissioning
- Compare planned and actual figures through target/actual analysis
- Inform the Project Manager immediately of any schedule deviations and develop alternative solutions
- Support the Project Manager in controlling the project schedule
- Coordinate interfaces with design, purchasing, erection, and commissioning departments, as well as with suppliers
- Prepare monthly progress reports as drafts for the Project Manager
- Consider contract changes and their impact on the schedule
- Track materials and manage certificates for piping and pressure parts
