- Experience in subcontractor coordination and internal/external reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English; proficiency in Excel, SAP/ERP, reporting tools
- Multicultural teamwork experience; ability to work under pressure in complex project environments
- Willingness to travel internationally
Aufgaben
- Manage a single-line project from contract effectiveness to warranty completion
- Serve as the main contact for all commercial, financial, and contractual matters
- Ensure project targets for safety, budget, schedule, and quality are met
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on customer communication
- Oversee contract variations, claims, and cost controlling
- Forecast and report in line with FIDIC / EPC change and claims mechanisms
- Coordinate invoicing and cash flow management
- Manage subcontractor relationships and insurance handling
- Address export and tax topics with supporting departments
- Conduct regular risk reviews and implement mitigation measures
