Anforderungen

  • University degree or equivalent in economics/law
  • Broad experience in non-financial risk management
  • Sound knowledge of outsourcing/third party risk regulations
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow
  • Formulate business requirements for IT/AI implementations
  • Analytical and project delivery capabilities
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts and assimilate information
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, hands-on personality
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and react to change
  • Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

  • Support end-to-end implementation of TPRM framework
  • Roll out TPRM framework globally according to roadmap
  • Define business use cases for IT implementations
  • Design functional requirements for AI solutions
  • Execute test procedures for infrastructure upgrades
  • Conduct system migration testing
  • Assist RTO in portfolio risk assessments
  • Review operational cases
  • Monitor controls
  • Handle international regulatory reporting
  • Follow up on action items
  • Manage incidents and escalation flags
  • Compile quantitative and qualitative reports
  • Validate and prepare reporting packages
  • Maintain central documentation
  • Update Wiki pages and procedures
  • Develop training materials
  • Deliver training sessions
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings
  • Track framework implementation progress
  • Conduct quality checks on resolution strategies
  • Review global exit plans
