- Roll out TPRM framework globally
- Define business use cases for IT implementations
- Specify functional requirements for AI solutions
- Design test procedures for infrastructure upgrades
- Execute system migration tests
- Assist RTO in portfolio risk assessments
- Conduct operational case reviews
- Monitor controls
- Prepare international regulatory reports
- Drive follow-up on action items
- Manage incidents and escalation flags
- Compile quantitative reporting packages
- Validate qualitative reports
- Prepare committee reports
- Update central documentation
- Develop training materials
- Deliver training sessions
- Ensure consistent framework adoption
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings
- Track framework implementation progress
- Conduct quality checks on resolution strategies
- Review global exit plans
