In this role, you will be the guardian of product purity, ensuring that food supplements exceed EU regulations and meet high internal standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve auditing results, collaborating with labs, and making critical approval decisions to uphold quality.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, Toxicology, or similar
• •Minimum 3 years experience working with analytical laboratories
• •Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS / ICP-OES data interpretation
• •Solid understanding of EU Food Law and regulatory requirements
• •Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• •Confident communication in English (minimum B2 level)

Aufgaben

• •Ensure product purity meets EU regulatory requirements and internal true Clean Label standards
• •Act as the final quality gatekeeper for raw materials and finished products
• •Manage and enforce internal TCL contaminant thresholds for heavy metals, pesticides, and residues
• •Audit analytical results against specifications rigorously
• •Collaborate with accredited laboratories to verify analytical methods and equipment meet required limits of quantitation
• •Make critical decisions on raw material and product approval, including batch rejection for non-compliance with internal purity expectations
• •Coordinate analytical testing in line with the European Pharmacopoeia and other agreed methodologies
• •Maintain a comprehensive EU testing calendar covering areas such as Ethylene Oxide
• •Oversee laboratory performance and partnerships with ISO/IEC 17025-accredited labs
• •Coordinate secure sampling and logistics for testing
