- Fluency in English
- ISTQB Advanced Level certification (highly desirable)
- PMP certification (highly desirable)
- Agile Testing certification (highly desirable)
- Understanding of DevOps concepts
- Understanding of CI/CD importance
- Understanding of automated testing value
- Willingness to learn new ways of working
- Pride in work
- Striving to lead by example
- Master or Bachelor in Computer Science or related area
- Proven relevant working experience
- Very good English level
