- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Define and maintain integrated project plans
- Track milestones and manage project dependencies
- Coordinate activities across distributed development teams
- Organize and chair regular delivery meetings
- Lead status reviews and steering committee sessions
- Implement risk and issue management processes
- Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery blockers
- Prepare progress reports and financial dashboards
- Present project overviews to senior leadership
- Coordinate integration of data flows and APIs
- Collaborate with agile teams and application owners
- Facilitate change control and impact assessment processes
- Support business acceptance testing and operational transitions
- Supervise iterative development cycles and agile teams
- Ensure compliance with architectural and release guidelines
- Maintain traceability from requirements to delivered features
- Oversee cost modeling and simulation logic components
