- Identify enterprise sales opportunities.
- Navigate enterprise sales opportunities.
- Close enterprise sales opportunities.
- Conduct deep discovery of customer pain points.
- Recommend Slack and Agentforce to automate tasks.
- Recommend Slack and Agentforce to unify business data.
- Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Guide accounts through the Slack buying cycle.
- Partner with Solution Engineers and Customer Success.
- Ensure Slack is the central software hub.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer.
- Gather feedback to improve Slack AI experience.
