Anforderungen

• •3 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience
• •University degree or equivalent experience
• •Understanding of DP production or packaging
• •Project Management and organization skills
• •Oversight of GMPs and ICH Q-guidelines
• •Problem-solving and risk management skills
• •Excellent external stakeholder management skills
• •Ability to work in matrix organizations
• •Self-driven and autonomous workstyle
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Fluency in English, German desirable

Aufgaben

• •Lead site-level technology transfer activities
• •Manage scale-up and process adaptations
• •Serve as the single point of contact for transfers
• •Drive compounding and filling technology transfers
• •Oversee assembly and packaging transfers
• •Coordinate with cross-functional project teams
• •Support registration strategies and activities
• •Initiate necessary change requests for transfers
• •Manage material numbers and new material introductions
• •Assist with project planning and board reporting
• •Prepare technical documentation and transfer protocols
• •Establish local transfer procedures and templates
• •Optimize and improve product transfer processes
