- Strong coordination and assertive communication skills
- German language proficiency
- PMP or equivalent certification is an asset

- Lead capital projects as Technical Project Manager or Project Engineer
- Shape project scope
- Manage tradeoffs
- Support investment proposals
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and execution
- Provide onsite supervision
- Ensure compliance with HSE expectations
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations
- Ensure compliance with performance expectations
- Ensure timely implementation of new assets
- Ensure timely implementation of improved assets
- Apply fit-for-purpose engineering solutions
- Maintain strong field presence during execution
- Act as a know-how carrier for technical topics
- Act as a know-how carrier for project management topics
- Translate business needs into technical options
- Evaluate tradeoffs
- Contribute to engineering capital proposals
- Participate in PRA initiatives
- Participate in WRA initiatives
- Participate in safety initiatives
- Ensure process adherence
- Track construction progress
- Design equipment with engineering teams
