- Master of Science degree in STEM field
- Preference for engineering disciplines (chemical, mechanical, process, materials)
- PhD with initial business activities exposure
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management
- Minimum 2 years experience in innovation roles
- PhD developed in project environment close to industrial R&D
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects independently
- Ability to deliver cross-functional projects independently
- Prior experience in chemical industry (nice-to-have)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Demonstrated drive
- Ownership mindset
- Ability to push project forward
- Familiarity with financial evaluation tools
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training (preferred)
Aufgaben
- Lead regional growth projects
- Manage project execution from planning to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Europe
- Translate business opportunities into project plans
- Track project progress using internal tools
- Adapt plans to evolving priorities and risks
- Apply waterfall and agile methodologies
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Evaluate project outcomes using financial tools
- Ensure transparency and accountability throughout projects
