Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in technical program or project management
- Familiarity with agile development tools and processes
- Travel locally and internationally as required
- Experience supporting programs in consumer electronics or hardware-software integration
- Exposure to technologies such as camera systems, multimedia software, embedded software, and AR/VR software
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Knowledge of project tracking and version control tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git)
Aufgaben
- Partner with feature development teams to plan and track software releases
- Deliver high-quality software across camera, audio, video, graphics, display, sensors, and firmware technologies
- Create schedules and track milestones for project execution
- Identify and escalate risks or blockers
- Facilitate meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Document progress and decisions to keep teams aligned
- Support collaboration between hardware, firmware, and application software teams
- Identify program risks and propose mitigation plans
- Improve internal software development processes and project tracking methodologies
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clear communication
