Anforderungen
- 5+ years Program Management experience implementing complex technical solutions with 5-10+ concurrent workstreams
- Experience delivering projects/programs in biopharma industry
- Measurable past performance managing delivery and support of multiple simultaneous workstreams across different teams
- Proven project/program leadership in Agile (Kanban, Scrum) customer-facing deployment environment
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information in non-technical language
- Experience in BI tools to setup live reporting dashboards
- Demonstrated collaborative communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
- 5+ years project or program management experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master)
- Familiarity with scientific instrument ecosystems
- Familiarity with integrating diverse data sources into enterprise systems for AI/ML outcomes
- Understanding of how scientific data underpins AI/ML model training and deployment
- Working knowledge of GxP compliance and related regulatory frameworks
- Ability to distill and communicate complex technical and scientific information to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated capability to engage in customer-facing leadership conversations
- Ability to influence outcomes and maintain alignment with strategic objectives
- 5+ years experience with public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or enterprise software environments
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a scientific data transformation program
- Drive daily stand-ups for transparency on progress and blockers
- Orchestrate cross-functional squads to deliver scientific use cases
- Establish KPIs and success metrics
- Implement and maintain live dashboards and status updates
- Manage complex technical dependencies
- Remove blockers within your control
- Escalate blockers outside your authority same-day
- Embed discipline and urgency
- Balance customer expectations with program commitments
