Technical Program Manager – Migration(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Proven experience as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or similar role managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong experience delivering customer-impacting migrations, platform transitions, or large-scale technical change programs
- Ability to work confidently with engineering teams on technical topics, outcome- and risk-focused
- Experience interfacing with services teams and engaging with customers professionally
- Strong risk management skills, early issue identification and mitigation
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-based products, or data-intensive systems
- Familiarity with deprecation strategies, lifecycle management, contractual or compliance considerations
- Experience defining internal tools, automation, or operational processes for scale
- German language skills
Aufgaben
- Plan and manage end-to-end migration and depreciation programs.
- Define program scope, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Coordinate user, customer, and data migrations between products or platforms.
- Ensure service continuity and contractual commitments during migrations.
- Define and maintain tailored migration strategies, rollout plans, and cutover approaches.
- Track migration progress against milestones.
- Manage inter-team dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Interface with engineering, internal services, and customer-facing teams.
- Engage directly with customers on migration plans.
- Align customer expectations, risks, and timelines.
- Communicate migration status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and customers.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Align migrations with product strategy and customer outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and manage technical, operational, and customer risks.
- Define mitigation plans, escalation paths, and decision frameworks.
- Document dependencies across products, services, tooling, and teams.
- Actively manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Support go/no-go decisions with data and recommendations.
- Identify gaps in tooling, automation, and processes.
- Define and deliver internal tools, dashboards, and documentation.
- Establish standard migration frameworks, processes, and governance.
- Continuously improve migration execution.
- Support change management for product deprecations and migrations.
- Support internal enablement and customer communication for changes.
- Ensure documentation, training, and operational readiness for teams.
- Monitor post-migration outcomes, incidents, and feedback.
- Ensure post-migration stability and customer satisfaction.
