- Several years of IT infrastructure, hosting, or data center experience
- Solid understanding of server, network, or data center infrastructures
- Initial experience coordinating/managing technical projects or operational processes
- Ability to understand technical interdependencies and assess change impact
- Structured, reliable, and highly prioritized work approach
- Excellent communication skills between technical teams and stakeholders
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Experience with data center migrations or infrastructure rollouts
- Knowledge of operating systems (Linux and/or Windows Server)
- Experience working in hosting, cloud, or MSP environments
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools
- Basic understanding of change, incident, or deployment processes
Aufgaben
- Manage and coordinate data center and infrastructure projects
- Focus on migrations, rollouts, and operational infrastructure changes
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and operations teams
- Work with external service providers
- Ensure structured, traceable, and stable implementation of technical changes
- Gradually take on independent responsibility for complex projects
- Participate in operational implementation to assess technical dependencies
- Independently manage larger infrastructure projects in the medium term
- Contribute to the stabilization and development of data center environments
