- Own the Messaging product vision and roadmap
- Define, structure, and prioritize features and platform capabilities
- Align Messaging product goals with the overall business strategy
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors
- Collect and validate feature requests from GTM, Sales, and customer-facing teams
- Translate market requirements into clear roadmap items
- Manage stakeholders to identify synergies with other products
- Coordinate roadmap and releases with key stakeholders
- Ensure Messaging products meet standards for scalability and reliability
- Improve operational efficiency of Messaging products
- Define and own performance and success KPIs for Messaging
- Monitor KPIs and use data to steer the roadmap
- Provide regular product performance updates to stakeholders
- Champion communication and stakeholder management for Messaging
