- Hands-on experience with SDKs, APIs, iPaaS, third-party integrations (security/compliance focus)
- Data-driven decision-making
- Analytical and creative problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in legal terms, licensing, and revenue-sharing models
- Experience in growth-focused teams and product-led organizations
- Familiarity with OKRs for team alignment and success measurement
- Passion for technology and industry trends
- Leadership skills
- Fluent English language skills
- German language skills (a plus)
Aufgaben
- Drive the product lifecycle for the SaaS Marketplace
- Drive the product lifecycle for the Developer Ecosystem
- Define success metrics
- Ensure alignment with company goals
- Shape and communicate partner contribution to the marketplace
- Define terms of service for partner applications
- Define legal compliance for partner applications
- Define revenue sharing models for partner applications
- Streamline third-party app approval and onboarding
- Own third-party app approval and onboarding
- Own and prioritize the SDK roadmap
- Own and prioritize the developer portal roadmap
- Design initiatives for developer community growth
- Execute initiatives for developer community growth
- Develop developer onboarding programs
- Manage developer community forums
- Implement developer monetization strategies
- Ensure SDK and tools enable top-quality integrations
- Define and enforce quality standards for marketplace apps
- Define and enforce security standards for marketplace apps
- Define and enforce lifecycle standards for marketplace apps
- Manage app review processes
- Oversee app certification processes
- Handle app deprecation processes
