Aufgaben
- Deliver complete aircraft documentation at entry into service
- Maintain documentation throughout the aircraft life cycle
- Develop aircraft maintenance and material documentation
- Manage and coordinate technical data authoring activities
- Define and validate manual content
- Resolve customer queries with prompt support
- Identify and mitigate technical blocking points
- Perform constant quality assurance on manual content
- Interface between airlines and internal departments
- Participate in transnational product improvement projects
- Update Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and Illustrated Parts Catalogs
