- Detail-oriented with big picture perspective
- Open minded teamplayer with high motivation
- Stakeholder relationship and customer expectation management
- Communication skills in English, German, and French
- Compliance risk awareness and integrity commitment
Aufgaben
- Manage aircraft modifications throughout the development process
- Oversee customer-specific and product improvement changes
- Coordinate with engineering design and offer management
- Control cabin layout change modification documentation
- Prepare documentation for change control processes
- Support functions involved in qualification and certification
- Act as modification coordinator for on-time closures
- Liaise with authorities to secure final aircraft certification
