Aufgaben
- Support customers with technical inquiries.
- Analyze technical issues to identify causes.
- Develop solutions based on problem analysis.
- Coordinate escalation of complex issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Document customer interactions in ticketing system.
- Provide excellent service to all customers.
- Build relationships with key client intermediaries.
- Resolve technical and workflow issues promptly.
- Assist clients with hardware infrastructure issues.
- Identify software bugs and collaborate on fixes.
- Manage escalation process for unresolved incidents.
- Investigate and manage trading-related problems.
- Perform regression testing on products and features.
- Assist clients with 'go live' and technical issues.
- Share up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
