- Clarify next steps with engineering and product owners
- Ensure technical outputs meet quality expectations
- Identify bottlenecks and drive progress through structured proposals
- Prepare technical customer narratives and presentations
- Coordinate cross-team inputs for customer engagements
- Track execution and follow-up after customer meetings
- Lead technical customer meetings with subject-matter experts
- Break down complex initiatives into actionable steps
- Draft architecture diagrams and workflows to accelerate decisions
- Implement process improvements to increase execution speed
- Develop shared frameworks and templates for technical alignment
- Refine customer-facing materials and internal documentation
- Scope new opportunities across engineering and drug discovery
